Use it flat for light food-prep tasks, as shown in our demonstration. Sharp blades can mark silicone, so use a dedicated cutting board for heavy chopping or repeated slicing.
Wash before food contact and between tasks. Replace the mat if it develops deep cuts or damage.
Lift the four sides along the fold lines and bring the corners together to form a shallow tray. Open the sides again when you want to use it flat.
Support the base when moving a filled tray. It is not a sealed container for carrying liquids.
Its magnetic design lets you store the clean, dry mat on compatible magnetic metal surfaces. Some stainless-steel refrigerator doors are not magnetic—try a regular fridge magnet first.
Store it empty and within easy reach, ready for the next meal.
